Elle génère de nouveaux produits et services touristiques qui ont pour but de mettre le voyageur en contact direct avec les populations locales, via une approche authentique et fondée sur de nouvelles expériences sociales, intellectuelles, émotionnelles et spirituelles.
La spécialisation Management du Tourisme expérientiel prépare les futurs managers à mettre en place des stratégies marketing et commerciales adaptées à cette nouvelle demande. L’Île de la Réunion, qui associe un patrimoine naturel exceptionnel à une diversité culturelle très riche, est un terrain idéal d’expérimentation du Tourisme expérientiel.
